It’s all about the details.

Voyage Productions brought in the heat for Year six of GRiZrocks at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and our main focus for this project was to create a table facade that would flow and blend into the massive video system covering the stage and engulfing GRiZ.

Something easy to assemble, lightweight and cost conscious was called for so we fabricated mylar legs and faces that fit around, but stood alone from, a standard polycarbonate stage deck. This way, the facade could be used with any standard 4’x8’ deck if need be. Using a PC deck, provided by Brown Note Productions, allowed people high enough in the amphitheater to see through the DJ table to the LED floor below. The mylar skins reflected the LED content and allowed the the table to blend into its surroundings.

When you do things right, people won’t be sure you’ve done anything at all.
